We are located on the corner of Los Alamitos Blvd. and Cerritos Ave. in the city of Los Alamitos
From the 405 North or South:
Exit Seal Beach Blvd.Turn Right onto Seal Beach Blvd. (it's a right turn whether you are coming from the north or south). This turns into Los Alamitos Blvd.
Travel about 3 miles to Cerritos Blvd.
Turn right onto Cerritos.
The school will be on your left. Turn left at the light and check in with the volunteer who will direct you where to drop/off or park
From the 91, 5, 60, 210 or 105 Freeways:
Take any of these freeways to the 605 freeway; head south on the 605.From the 605, exit Spring St./ Cerritos Ave.
Turn left onto Spring Street.
Cross Los Alamitos Blvd. The school will be on your left.
Turn left at the light and check in with the volunteer who will direct you where to drop/off or park.
Event Information
Welcome to Xtravaganza 2011! The Show Choir craze is sweeping the nation, thanks
to the popularity of Glee! and greater awareness about what show choir really is. "I think
people thought perhaps that all we do is stand there and sing. And it's so much more
than that," says Los Alamitos High's choir director, Mr. David Moellenkamp. "We treat
this as a sport." And as any show choir member can tell you, "We're in it to win it!"
We have over 40 groups in attendance this year from California, Arizona and even
Missouri! This event promises to showcase some of the best high school and middle
school show choirs around and we are eager to share our love of music and the talents
of these incredible performers. Come join the fun of Xtravaganza 2011 at Los Alamitos
High School, March 25th & 26th - our families will greet you with a smile and ensure that
your experience at Xtravaganza is one you will never forget!

Only groups that pay their fee up-front will be photographed during the competition. No photography or videography is allowed in the Performing Arts Center during the event.
